Partnership Announcement

Paximal and Veterans IP Partner to Expand Patent Access and Innovation Support for Veterans

Paximal is proud to announce a new collaboration with Veterans IP (VIP), a non-profit organization focused on supporting veteran inventors and expanding access to high-quality intellectual property resources.

This initiative brings together Veterans IP, Paximal, InspireIP, and participating IP law firms to support veterans from early invention discovery through patent application preparation and prosecution.

Paximal will support the IP firms and practitioners volunteering through the VIP network by providing participating firms with complimentary access to Paximal, our platform built specifically for patent practitioners, enabling firms to accelerate the drafting and preparation of both provisional and non-provisional patent applications while maintaining attorney-driven strategy and oversight.

Veteran participants will also have access to Idea Clerk by Paximal, where they will be able to formalize their invention disclosure and generate a foundational patent application package for pro se filing or review by a VIP pro bono attorney supporting provisional filings.

“Veterans are uniquely equipped to solve difficult problems and build meaningful technologies, but access to patent resources can often be a barrier,” said Chuck Tyler, CEO of Veterans IP. “This collaboration helps create a more accessible pathway for veterans to protect and advance their innovations with support from both technology and the IP legal community.”

“At Paximal, we believe great innovation deserves access to great intellectual property support,” said Ian Schick, CEO of Paximal. “By supporting both veterans directly and the law firms volunteering their time through VIP, we’re helping create a more scalable and efficient model for protecting innovation.”

We’re honored to support the veteran innovation community alongside Veterans IP, InspireIP, and the practitioners dedicating their time and expertise to this effort.
