Yes — Paximal is SOC 2 certified, with independently audited security controls.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No. Your inputs and outputs are never used to train or improve any AI model, including the Azure-hosted models Paximal uses.
Where is our data stored?
All data associated with the service is stored and processed within the United States.
Which AI models does Paximal use?
Paximal is LLM-agnostic, accessing leading models through Microsoft Azure over secure API calls — it never interacts with third-party LLM providers directly.
Is our information shared with anyone?
No — your confidential information is never disclosed or transferred to any third party without authorization, and is never available to other customers.
Is the MCP server covered by the same security?
Yes. MCP keys are issued to signed-in users and run in the same U.S.-based, SOC 2 environment as the app. Your materials are never used for training and stay isolated from other customers.
