The Paximal MCP now runs the whole Patent Flow

Every stage of Patent Flow can now be driven from the AI assistant your team already uses.

When we first released the Paximal MCP server, it gave assistants access to drafting. Today it covers every stage of Patent Flow: uploading materials, building an invention disclosure form, running the analyses, drafting, proofreading and review.

That means a practitioner working in Claude or Perplexity Computer can open a matter, ask Paximal to run a Novelty or Business Value analysis, review the reports, start the draft and answer alignment questions, all in the same conversation. The work is saved to the matter in Paximal, so anyone on the team can pick it up in the app.

For in-house teams, the MCP server also connects Paximal to the systems where inventions already surface. Disclosure forms, engineering wikis, tickets and release notes can feed a new matter directly, and docketing tools can follow its progress through each stage.

The MCP server runs under the same controls as the app. Each user signs in to Paximal to get their own MCP key, requests run in the same SOC 2 certified, U.S.-based environment, and customer materials are never used for training.

Filing stages will appear in MCP as they ship. To get started, sign in for your MCP key (USPTO-registered patent practitioners sign up free) or schedule a demo and we will walk through it on your own matter.
